Because 3D printing is a layer-by-layer manufacturing process, the final products have unique characteristics:
Surface Finish: Visible layer lines and minor surface imperfections are normal in 3D printed items and are not considered defects.
Color Accuracy: The actual color of the 3D printed model may look slightly different from the digital images or product mockups on your screen.
Durability: While we use high-quality materials, 3D printed plastics can break if dropped or exposed to extreme heat (like direct summer sunlight or hot water).

Standard E-commerce Orders: If you purchase a pre-designed model from our catalog and it arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement.
