* Placing an Order: All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing, or issues with a custom design file.
* Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
* Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. For custom 3D printing orders, work will only begin once the payment is successfully processed.
3. Custom 3D Printing Services
* Design Accuracy: When submitting a design or "sketch" for custom 3D printing, you are responsible for ensuring the dimensions, specifications, and details are accurate. We will print the model based exactly on the final approved digital file.
* Prohibited Content: We will not print any objects that are illegal, dangerous (such as weapons or weapon parts), or violate the intellectual property rights of others.
4. Intellectual Property
* Your Designs: You retain all ownership rights to any original designs, sketches, or 3D files you submit to us for custom printing. By submitting a file, you guarantee that you have the legal right to use and reproduce that design.
* Our Designs: All ready-made 3D models, website content, images, and branding associated with Sketch to Real are our exclusive property and may not be copied, reproduced, or sold without our written permission.
5. Shipping and Delivery
* We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Custom orders require additional production time, which will be communicated to you before checkout.
* Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Sketch to Real is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
* Ready-Made Models: If you are not satisfied with a ready-made 3D model, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
* Custom Models: Because custom 3D prints are made specifically for you, custom orders are strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned.
* Damaged or Defective Items: If any product (ready-made or custom) arrives broken or suffers from a clear manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our 3D printed models are designed for decorative, educational, or prototype purposes. Sketch to Real is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the misuse of our products, or from utilizing our 3D prints for structural, mechanical, or load-bearing applications.
