Thank you for choosing Sketch to Real! We are excited to bring your 3D models to life. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will reach you.
1. Order Processing and Dispatch Time
Because we 3D print each model specially for you, it takes a little time to get it ready with the best quality.
Once you place an order on our website, we will manufacture, pack, and dispatch your item within 5 working days.
(Please note: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted as working days.)
2. Shipping and Delivery Time
After we dispatch your order, the delivery time will depend on your location. Usually, it takes about 3 to 7 days for our courier partners to deliver the package to your doorstep.
3. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched from our workshop, we will send you an email or SMS with your tracking details. You can use this tracking link to see exactly where your package is.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on your delivery location and the weight of your 3D model. You will be able to see the exact shipping cost at the checkout page before you make the payment.
5. Secure Packaging
We know that 3D printed models can be delicate. We pack all our products very carefully in secure boxes with bubble wrap so that they reach you safely without any damage.
